Raul - the lead explorer

Raul on one of many Rio Sabana trail explorations. This is after Hurricane Maria  - thus the forest looks chaotic. Rio Sabana is the south of El Yunque.

Raul (above) is the founder of Yunque.Store and lead explorer of El Yunque.

Raul and his sons Jose and Miguel help with the explorations.

He lives in Isabela Puerto Rico. Currently he works with Microsoft in MOPR.

We are the only store that is actually run by forest explorers. We thus bring to YOUR home the most rare and beautiful places we find in Puerto Rico.

 Who are we?

Below is the Rio Espiritu Santo (Holy Spirit) before Hurricane Maria. It took Raul and Jose 21 days to get there - in three camping's of a week each and marking the way at each step so not to get lost. Now you can have this historic view at home or office via a framed canvas. That is what we do - we bring Natures beauty home.

We are explorers 

We are explorers - mostly of the El Yunque rainforest, then we select the best pictures and transform them into canvas prints, posters, all over print clothing and many other print-on-demand products. Our collection is over 20K full resolution Nikon images.

Lately we acquired state of the art Nikon D850 for the best clarity and quality images for YOUR house. This results in the sharpest canvas possible today!

Is it safe to shop with you?

Absolutely - Read below.

Print-on-demand or POD is an eCommerce standard to ensure order processing in a 100% manner. That is because it follows this flow:

  1. Item ordered is selected (for us this is basically Image + product)
  2. User selects any variants (color/size etc.) and quantity.
  3. In the checkout he/she selects payment method.
  4. Then selects the shipping.
  5. Approves the order.
  6. This pays IMMEDIATELY to the manufacturer and shipper!
  7. Lastly we receive a commission for the product design and image.
  8. This process is automatic - we can NOT change it.
  9. This is the basics of POD eCommerce.
Lastly this is managed by certified eCommerce store in Shopify (a NYSE company).
All money transactions are managed by the selected payment vendor.
Images Selected (used in a product) - can ask questions!

    We only ask that YOU be really sure about the image on the product you choose. Please examine them well and ask any questions if needed - most deep forest images are not very easy to understand for those that live in cities. Just send raul the url of the product with the question please.

      What are your shipping options?

      When ordering there will be several shipping options - the default is the one
      with the lowest cost.

      Help! I have not received my package.

      Quality Products and Printing is First at Yunque.Store

      We are very strict on this - a bad product gets a refund. As a rule we eliminate  products in the store with even 1 complaint about quality, and do not use vendors with a Printify quality ranking of less than 95%.

       

      What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

      We offer 100% refund back guarantee if you find any defects or any other issues (send us a picture). Your satisfaction is our priority and rest assure we will treat every case personally. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

      I would like to return my purchase!

      If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. 

      Typically, it takes about 7-21 Business Days for us to receive your package, inspect the item, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)
